Ion Interactive, interactive content platform provider, was acquired by ScribbleLive this week. The acquisition will allow ScribbleLive to add these interactive capabilities to its full content lifecycle suite.
Ion Interactive is a SaaS platform designed with the enterprise in mind. If allows brands to produce interactive content at scale easily and has a layer of metrics and measurement. This acquisition provides additional content creation capabilities for ScribbleLive. Helping with an even wider range of formats, its current 1,500+ freelance creatives can help supercharge any brand’s interactive content creation.
Vincent Mifsud, CEO of ScribbleLive says, “Buyers actually need to interact with a brand about 10 to 15 times before they buy a product. He continues by explaining, “Every buyer touchpoint is an opportunity for insight and understanding.
This is their largest acquisition ever and adds over 50 employees and 250+ customers. Some of these new customers include major brands such as Starbucks, M&T Bank, Deloitte and Salesforce. That puts them over 1,200 customers in total. In addition, its adding many industry leading agencies to its partner network.
