Just a few years ago, the thought of a business sharing anything instantaneously was not anything someone in sales or marketing would have considered. But the sharing-focused nature of the internet and of social media has changed the way that every business, whether they’re selling a product or a service, approaches interactions with current and potential community members. That’s why live-streaming has gained in popularity, and why many business people are discovering the creative ways they can use it to enhance their end game.

Trust is an oft-used word that people use to describe why they like a company—they trust their product or service. It makes you real and approachable, and gives a human face to what can often be a faceless company.

Why else is live-streaming a useful tool? This graphic explains it.
