Outbound campaigns
Meetings with the accounts you actually want.
We watch for the moment a company starts looking for what you sell, then write to them. No bought lists, no spray and pray.

Recent outbound programs.
Signal-led outbound, run end to end. Three programs and what they produced.
Gainsight
Customer success software 90+ sales-accepted leads in two monthsUpside
Retail and restaurant tech 6.5% of all US restaurant locations met with, in a single quarterRoute
Post-purchase ecommerce 117 opportunities in one monthThe problem
Your cold outbound stopped working.
The lists are stale
Data vendors sell your competitors the same contacts.
The emails don't arrive
One bad sequence and your domain lands in spam.
Your reps hate doing it
Every hour a closer spends prospecting is pipeline they didn't build.
How it works
We take you from kickoff to first meetings in 30 days.
We work out who to target
We look at who already buys from you and build a list that looks like them.
We watch for buying signals
Funding, new hires, new tools, pages read on your site. Each one moves a company up.
We set up the sending
Separate domains, warmed slowly. Your main domain is never touched.
We hand you meetings
We reply to everyone, weed out the time-wasters, and book the rest into your reps' calendars.
Illustrative shape of a 30-day build. How steep it gets depends on your market, your list size and your offer.

The math
What to expect from outbound email.
Most agencies quote you a reply rate. The number that matters is how many emails it takes to book one meeting — and that depends almost entirely on how well the account was chosen.
The alternative
Choose a proven strategy over an expensive unproven hire.
Time until the first meeting lands
$70–95k
Base salary for a US sales development rep, before commission, benefits, tooling and the manager's time.
3–6 months
Before that hire is productive. We're sending in week three and booking meetings in week four.
Zero build
No domains to buy, no tooling to license, no ramp. And it's a variable cost you can stop.
We work alongside your account executives rather than replacing them. You still need people to take the meetings.
Why Relevance
Outbound works best when combined with PR, SEO, and GEO.
Every prospect who gets your email Googles you, asks ChatGPT about you, and skims a review. We make sure all three go well.
Your site, your pages, your rankings
Whether an assistant names you at all
What third-party sites say when they land
We run your PR and search too
So when they look you up mid-sequence, they find a brand already in the conversation.
We report in pipeline, not sends
Every campaign is tied to a pipeline number and a cost per meeting.
You own everything, in writing
Domains, mailboxes and data are in your name, in the contract. Some agencies keep the warmed domains you paid for.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Will this hurt our domain reputation?
No. We never send from your main domain. We register separate sending domains, set up authentication properly, warm the mailboxes slowly and check inbox placement every day. Your brand domain is never touched.
Is this just AI-generated spam?
No. AI handles the research — finding accounts, spotting signals, prioritising who to write to. Senior copywriters write the actual emails. The two do different jobs and one doesn't replace the other.
How is this different from other outbound agencies?
Two things. We only write to companies showing a real buying signal, rather than working through a bought list. And we also run your PR, SEO and AI visibility, so when a prospect looks you up after reading your email, they find a brand that's already credible.
How long is the engagement and what does it cost?
We start with a 30-day pilot to prove the targeting, the sending setup and the messaging, then move to a six-month agreement. Price depends on volume and how complex your target list is. We'll model it with you on the call.
What's a good reply rate in 2026?
Between 1% and 3% positive replies is healthy for B2B cold email right now. But reply rate is the wrong thing to judge a program on — a campaign can pull replies and still produce no pipeline. We report on meetings booked and what each one cost.
What if we sell to a very small market?
That's where this works best. Signal-led outbound can run against a few hundred accounts and still produce pipeline, because we're only writing to the ones showing real intent.
Does it work with our CRM?
Yes. We sync both ways with HubSpot, Salesforce and most modern CRMs. Every booked meeting arrives in your pipeline with the signal history and full email thread attached.
Let's see if this fits.
Thirty minutes with a senior strategist. We'll work out who you should be targeting, which signals matter in your market, and roughly how many meetings that's worth. No deck.
No pitch deck. We'll tell you on the call if outbound isn't the right move for you.
